Duration: Intensive (2 Days) or Phased (3 Half Days over 6 Weeks)

Translate strategy into action – develop a series of GamePlans that take your strategy from overarching outcomes and direction to an action plan on a page. Builds Executive confidence and line of sight of deliverables, resources, risks and capability gaps.
